machines that run. systems that scale.

That’s the whole idea.

We started this company because we were tired of watching good companies get stuck with machines that looked great on paper and fell apart on the floor. So we build the opposite: systems that hold tolerance, adapt when you need them to, and don't require a specialist every time something goes sideways.

Just machines built the way we'd build them for our own shop, because that's the only standard we know how to work to.

Meet the Founders

Gil Mcdonald

Gil spent his career building his own automation company, ran it for years, and sold it. He picked up a job building machines just to stay busy, and ended up working alongside Eric instead. Old habits, as it turns out, are hard to retire.

Eric VanDyke

Eric grew up rebuilding cars in his dad’s garage, then got a master’s in mechanical engineering to make it official. He’s the rare kind of engineer who can see an entire system before it exists and still wants to be on the floor helping build. When Gil joined the company Eric was working for, it didn’t take the pair long to realize they built the same way.

Together they are

Whatever you're building, we're here to help you take the first step with confidence.

You can’t HIRE/ Find

machine-building expertise

like you used to

As experienced machine builders retire and engineering spends more time at their desk or working remotely what looks efficient on paper becomes fragile (IS FRAGILE THE RIGHT WORD?) in production.

ROCK-SOLID

Overcomplicated motion stacks with alignment, weight, and accuracy issues.

Retroactive fixes that should have been designed from day one.

Failures that require disassembly of subsystems.

MODULAR

More downtime.

More scrap.

More operational headache.

More pressure to fix what feels impossible.

MAINTAINABLE

It’s not your fault we lost a generation of machine-building expertise.

But you still have to keep production running.

That’s where we come in.

machines & systems

built by engineers

who get their hands dirty

We don’t work in silos.

Our engineers build.

Our machinists work in CAD.

MORE or BETTER EXAMPLES?

Everyone on our cross-trained team understands how machines are designed, built, operated, and maintained.

Because we’ve all spent time doing it.

This cross-functional expertise helps us identify problems earlier, make smarter design decisions, and deliver more robust solutions.
